# Create a pricing unit

POST https://api.trygrant.com/v1/pricing-units
Content-Type: application/json

Creates a pricing unit for custom credit denominations. Conversion rates can be added after creation.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — API key obtained from the Grant dashboard

This endpoint expects a CreatePricingUnitRequest.

- `code` (string, required) — Stable code for the pricing unit
- `name` (string, optional, nullable) — Optional display name

- `effective_from` (string, required, nullable) — ISO 8601 start timestamp, or null for the initial rate
- `effective_to` (string, required, nullable) — ISO 8601 exclusive end timestamp, or null when ongoing
- `money_minor` (string, required) — Settlement currency amount in minor units
- `unit_amount` (string, required) — Number of pricing-unit units represented by money_minor
- `created_at` (string, required) — ISO 8601 creation timestamp
